Mission
Circle of Life's mission is to help individuals live their best life. It is with honor to service individuals to live their life to the fullest potential through coordinated services within an atmosphere of empathy, genuineness, dignity and respect. We work as a team to help build and maintain independence while being a part of a community. It is our goal to meet the person where they are and assist them in parts of their life so that living is filled with care, joy and freedom. Our mission as a Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) provider is to work from a person-centered perspective to provide high quality care with a sense of empathy, kindness and warmth.
We believe when you meet an individual where they are, you will learn the essence of ingenuity. It is a way of thinking outside the box that leads to endless possibilities, pursuit of happiness and aspirations that become insightful.

Children's development is important to Circle of Life. We believe that developing independent living skills as a child will carry into young adulthood leading to living a life of self-determination and independence with developing and maintaining skills into the phase of older adulthood. Circle of Life will assist your child in adapting to physical, motor, social, emotional and intellectual growth with a focus of developing your child's independent living skills where they can learn to live safely in their home and community.

Young adults want to start living out their goals, aspirations and the visions of their life. We believe that implementing and building independent living skills as a young adult will assist with transitioning into early adulthood to include building a career, following personal goals and life goals; conforming to the stage of good health and adapting to social changes while living their life to their fullest potential. Circle of Life will assist your younger adults with implementing and building independent living skills where they can learn to live safely in their home and community.

Older adults want to live independently. We believe that maintaining independent living skills as an adult will lead to living a life of self-determination and independence while living their life to their fullest potential. Circle of Life provides a variety of health and human services designed to enable them to do just that. We assist older adults with maintaining and developing independent living skills where they can learn to live safely in their home and community rather than moving to a facility for care.
